Investment climate issues are terribly important issues for overall growth in China but also more narrowly to focus on the specific problems that are constraining investment growth.We found through these discussions that there is an opportunity both to discuss issues and areas where investment climate problems have confronted and constrained growth.We also find these are an excellent opportunity to describe some of the things governments have done to address problems and thereby provided a better framework for growth.
